On 18 Aug 1893, the Frederick News reported that, "Mr Hanson Poole, of this city, lost a valuable horse last night, which died of colic." He and his wife are listed as having received $25 on a published Frederick County pension list on 29 Oct 1898. He died between this time and 13 Jan 1900, when his wife Elizabeth was declared insane and was committed to Montevue Hospital for treatment. |
