!MARRIAGE: Maria Therese Brooks. This taken from DAR Record No. 12185. the "Village Record" dated March 28, 1843 reads: "Marriage at Hopewell on tuesay, March 14t h by Rev. Levi Bull, Charles M. Clingan M.D. of chester County to Maria Theresa, daughter o f Clement Brooke, Berks County."
